-Dance
pg. 12 "It is an expression of all the emotions of spirit, from the lowest to the highest." When I first read this statement, I wasn't sure of what it exactly meant. Then I let my mind wander a bit. So basically what I came up with was this action of dance we participate in is not something that is initially directed by the mind but by the spirit and transfers to the mind and acted out by your body. Dance can be something as simple as nodding of the head in reference to the lowest form of spiritual dance. It can also be as intense as doing the salsa with a partner. It is something in us that triggers us do dance. Some dances can be linked back to certain emotions and the intensity of the emotion. These are the thoughts that were conjured up in my mind.
