Adam Rasmussen: Buddha’s Little Instruction Book

“A day spent judging another is a painful day. A day spent judging yourself is a painful day. You don’t have to believe your judgment; they’re simply an old habit.”

According to the Buddha’s Little Instruction Book, judgment it painful for everyone involved. Nothing good comes from judgment yet it is a habit for everyone. Buddha states that these judgments do not have to be listened to, that theyre just old habits.
