I think that we cause so much stress on ourselves for no reason at all. When your working on one thing you are constantly thinking about the next thing you have to get done. It is unrealistic to live in the future. You have to make the most of the present and focus on what you have at hand. The trouble of worrying is that it has no positive benefits. When our minds continue to wander on to the next task, we have to learn to just stop for a second a breathe and focus on what we are doing at that moment. Every second counts.
