If it stands that a fact is anything the does not change, and anything that changes is not fact, then what is the changing material called? Objectivity is having no emotional connection in observations. These are facts. Using facts to place value on art can only give you half the story. How far does fact go into being able to understand the emotional context (again with the context) of an artwork? Facts help one value things but cannot possibly give an entire comprehensive picture so to speak of the impact of an artwork.
In the sense that as every moment passes and every set of circumstances changes with the passing of time, every fact then can also change with time. Just as at 24 it is appropriate for a woman to wear a revealing outfit on the beach, perhaps the same shirt on a 6 year old would be completely ridiculous.
