P. 271 Sacred and Profane Beauty. It is no wonder that the society which forms language has a stereotyped idea of the artist: long hair, strange clothes, alot of arrogance, and no money. He does not fit into our social order. Artists are not accepted the in industrial world. They are not accepted because they look different which make it even harder for then to make a living at what they do.
